Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Manager (Medical) at Anugerah Saintifik Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible to oversees a team of sales representative, setting and achieving sales goals, developing sales strategies, motivating the sales staff to achieve high performance, building relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, laboratories, and clinics, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, presenting and demonstrating products through Continuous Medical Education (CME) and to align with Company Director’s vision. The ideal candidate shall have a background in medical diagnostics or healthcare sales, with a strong focus on building client trust and driving revenue growth

Qualifications

•Proven minimum 10 years working experience in sales management
•Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science, medical laboratory or any related science background
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively
•Extensive knowledge of medical diagnostics and laboratory equipment
•Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a sales team
•Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
•Strong understanding of customer relationship management systems
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
